You agree to notify 1kgame support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any breach of your account security. 1kgame will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account prior to the point at which you notified 1kgame of such unauthorised access.
You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held in your Account is accurate and kept up to date. 1kgame may suspend withdrawals or restrict Account functionality where personal information is found to be materially inaccurate or outdated.
1kgame accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT. All deposit methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed in the 1kgame cashier at the time of the transaction.
Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 1kgame is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network operators, or banking institutions.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the Account. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where reasonably practicable. 1kgame accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability during maintenance or due to technical faults outside 1kgame's reasonable control.
1kgame reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via the email address held on their Account no less than seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect, except where an immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
Your continued use of the 1kgame platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure by contacting 1kgame support before the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1kgame holds its international gaming licence.
In the event of a dispute between you and 1kgame, you agree to first contact 1kgame support to seek an informal resolution. Where informal resolution is not possible within thirty (30) days of notification, either party may refer the dispute to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by 1kgame's licensing authority.
